Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive compute infrastructure for AI. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them with teams spanning hardware and software to accelerate the frontier of AI.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding execution from offer acceptance through the first 30 days
• Run visa and immigration sponsorship for new and current employees in partnership with outside counsel
• Coordinate employee relocations across offices and countries, managing vendors and timelines
• Run the performance management cycle end to end, including calibration prep and logistics
• Maintain and evolve the leveling and ladder framework to ensure consistent job architecture

Requirements

• Experience owning onboarding or immigration processes end to end
• Experience navigating visa/immigration cases or high-stakes administrative processes
• Experience coordinating relocation or logistics efforts involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience supporting or running performance management cycles
• Experience working with or building leveling frameworks
• Highly reliable and organized with a track record of process ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms
• Experience with multi-country or multi-entity employment administration
• Background in a regulated industry requiring high compliance rigor
