People Programmes Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior HR leadership, providing insights on critical initiatives and risks to improve divisional performance.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using internal and external data to shape recommendations for senior leadership and board discussions.
• Develop visualisations, reports, business cases, and Board-level presentations to articulate key findings and strategic narratives.
• Own the planning and compilation of all materials to support the HR Senior Leadership Committee (NRC).
• Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of HR programmes and functional performance against industry benchmarks.
• Perform workforce planning analysis to anticipate future talent requirements and identify succession planning opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end strategic talent programmes, ensuring project milestones are met according to project management standards.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR strategy, analytics, organisational design, or talent management.
• Demonstrated experience producing materials for Board or Committee levels within complex or regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Exposure to project management methodologies such as PMP or Prince2 (certification preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.
