Responsibilities

• Establish people processes, leadership rhythms, documentation, and workflows for the new market team
• Coach managers through feedback, performance conversations, development, and employee relations
• Own onboarding quality to ensure new starters understand the mission and cultural bar
• Manage people logistics including systems, documentation, compliance, and employee information
• Support market-entry operations such as office setup, field-team logistics, and local vendor coordination
• Provide feedback and signal to People, Talent, Commercial, and leadership teams

Requirements

• Experience in a People Partner, HRBP, or generalist people role
• Strong judgment in performance, manager coaching, and employee relations
• Experience building people processes and operating rhythms from scratch
• Operational discipline and high attention to detail
• Clear, direct communication in Spanish and English
• Cultural fluency in Argentina and/or Uruguay
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-standards environments

• Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Comfort with ambiguity and building before processes are fully defined
• A bias toward action and a commitment to high performance
