Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and implementation of the people strategy across BizTX
• Drive the delivery of the people agenda including recruitment, assessment, and development
• Manage operational HR activities including reward, employee relations, and international mobility
• Oversee talent and succession management
• Act as the first point of contact for providing timely and proactive HR guidance
• Help shape and embed the company culture across global teams

Requirements

• Experience in a full range of HR activities
• Ability to manage HR operations for a global population
• Knowledge of up-to-date employment legislation
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
