People Partner/HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor on People matters to the Danish leadership team and selected Nordic leaders
• Support and run local engagement, well-being and leadership initiatives
• Deliver and coordinate People initiatives in Denmark to support culture and capability
• Advice on employee relations, wellbeing, inclusion and belonging
• Partner with line managers on performance, development and people management
• Improve regional People processes and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner, ideally in consulting or professional services
• Working knowledge of Danish employment law and HR practices
• Experience supporting People strategy and transformation in a matrix organisation
• Full professional fluency in both Danish and English
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Workday
