People Partner/HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor on People matters to the Danish leadership team and selected Nordic leaders.
• Support local engagement, well-being, and leadership initiatives in partnership with regional teams.
• Coordinate People initiatives in Denmark to support culture, grow capability, and ensure effective HR delivery.
• Advise on employee relations, wellbeing, inclusion, and belonging.
• Partner with line managers on performance, development, and people management.
• Contribute to regional and global HR initiatives to improve processes and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner, ideally within consulting or professional services.
• Strong working knowledge of Danish employment law and HR practices.
• Experience supporting People strategy and transformation within a matrix organization.
• Full professional fluency in both Danish and English is essential.
• Proficiency in Workday, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
