About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, job moves, and exit employee engagement processes
- Act as the primary escalation contact for HR systems, payroll, leave, and travel queries
- Provide coaching and support to line managers to enhance the employee experience
- Lead employee relations for partnered functions and teams
- Manage local People Experience sprint pipelines and project delivery
- Review and update People policies and processes to ensure consistent application
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities across the People Experience function
- Support the local HR Strategic Agenda
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations or as an HR Generalist
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, with advanced Excel skills required
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proven experience in mediation, dispute resolution, and alternative dispute resolution
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple conflicting priorities
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and resilience
