People Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and line managers, supporting the full employee lifecycle from hire to retire
• Partner with line managers to provide practical, high-quality guidance on individual employee matters
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations (ER) cases, including performance, disciplinary, grievance, and redundancy processes
• Ensure consistent and fair application of policies in compliance with local labour laws and company standards
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to line managers to build capability in people management
• Identify ER trends and root causes to recommend proactive solutions and prevent recurring issues
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Reward, and Payroll teams to deliver integrated HR support

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist, People Partner, or Employee Relations role
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and the ability to apply them in complex situations
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end employee relations cases
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to balance empathy with business needs and exercise sound judgment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a matrix or multinational organization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable people strategies
• Experience in coaching or facilitation to support manager capability building
