People Partner Student

Responsibilities

• Support People administrative processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, and offboarding
• Maintain and update employee data in People systems (e.g., Workday) to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Assist in managing employee queries and providing first-level support
• Support talent acquisition activities such as job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication
• Prepare People documentation including contracts, certificates, and internal communications
• Assist with payroll and compensation data preparation and validation
• Support various People projects and initiatives related to engagement and talent processes

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field
• Eligibility to sign an internship agreement with your university
• Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• A proactive mindset and a team-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of People/HR processes
• Previous internship or administrative experience
