Responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource for employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies and resolving conflicts
• Manage HR administration, including systems, employee records, benefits enrollment, and reporting
• Oversee employee onboarding to ensure a seamless experience from offer to start date
• Implement and develop HR policies aligned with legal requirements and company values
• Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and communication
• Drive organizational design to structure teams for efficiency and scalability
• Coach and support managers to build high-performing, engaged teams
• Leverage data and organizational signals to proactively manage organizational health and talent density

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in human resources or people operations
• Experience in a fast-growing environment
• Expertise in UK HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience partnering with engineering, product, or technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing HR systems in a scaling company
• Exposure to broader European HR compliance and cross-border workforce considerations
• Understanding of international compensation structures and total rewards programs
• Fluency with AI tools to enhance operational quality
