Responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource for employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies and resolving conflicts
• Manage HR administration, including systems, employee records, benefits enrollment, and reporting
• Oversee the employee onboarding process from offer approval to start date
• Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Design and implement employee engagement programs
• Drive organizational design to structure teams for efficiency and scalability
• Coach and support managers in building high-performing teams
• Leverage data and organizational signals to proactively manage organizational health
• Translate trends into actionable narratives for people decisions

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in human resources or people operations
• Experience supporting Engineering organizations in fast-growing environments
• Expertise in HR best practices and employment laws
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience partnering with engineering, product, or technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing HR systems in scaling companies
• Exposure to international HR compliance and global employment laws
• Understanding of international compensation and total rewards
• Fluency with AI tools to enhance operational quality
