People Partner, Senior

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on talent actions, organizational changes, talent mobility, and development.
• Support Talent Strategy Partners with organization redesign, restructuring, and succession planning.
• Act as the voice of employees by identifying trends in employee sentiment and talent opportunities.
• Provide employee relations support, including conducting internal investigations and counseling managers on performance issues.
• Enable managers to lead people management efforts, including talent reviews and performance management.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence (COE) to execute key talent processes and initiatives.
• Ensure local compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in employee relations and supporting people managers.
• Proficiency in HCM software application suites.
• Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas.

• Ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics and data.
