Responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource for employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies and resolving conflicts
• Manage HR administration, including systems, employee records, benefits enrollment, and reporting
• Oversee the employee onboarding process from offer approval to start date
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements and company values
• Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and communication
• Support organizational design, including team structuring, role definition, and talent alignment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in human resources or people operations
• Experience supporting Sales organizations in a fast-growing environment
• Expertise in HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Experience partnering with engineering, product, or other technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing HR systems and processes in a scaling company
• Exposure to international HR compliance and global employment laws
• Understanding of international compensation structures and total rewards programs
