Responsibilities

• Implement key HR processes including Onboarding, Adaptation, and Offboarding
• Conduct HR research and surveys to collect feedback and propose improvements
• Consult the team on HR policies, benefits, internal processes, and People practices
• Develop and implement employee experience initiatives, such as corporate events and team activities
• Support the HRBP in launching internal processes, training, and People initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an HR, People Partner, or HR Generalist
• Strong understanding of HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, offboarding, engagement)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Systematic approach with high attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
