OLIX is building the next paradigm of AI infrastructure. The OLIX Decode Accelerator 1 (DX-1) is the first accelerator architected specifically for decode, utilizing rack-scale co-design to enable a step change in system level performance.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide people managers on day-to-day HR matters
• Provide operational guidance to ensure compliance with UK and US employment law
• Contribute to people-practices that enable a high-performance culture
• Handle employee relations matters and support People operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Finance teams
• Act as a cultural ambassador for OLIX values

Requirements

• Experience in an HR role within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
• Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation
• Exposure to US employment law
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all organizational levels
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Analytical approach using data to inform people decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in deep tech or hardware-driven environments
• Experience managing talent in highly specialized sectors
