People Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated regional People Partner for employees and managers across Inside Ideas Group in the UK
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and provide guidance and coaching
• Manage complex employee relations cases end-to-end, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management
• Lead and deliver change management programmes such as redundancies, restructuring, and TUPE
• Support the rollout of key People initiatives and the HR People strategy
• Line manage HR Administrators, providing training and developmental support
• Provide HR metrics and actionable insights to the business
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the employee experience

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR generalist across the full employment lifecycle
• Strong experience managing complex ER cases, including TUPE and redundancies
• Sound, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
• Ability to coach and advise managers at all levels
• Experience managing or developing junior HR team members
• Proficiency with Gen AI tools for HR operations and workflow efficiency
• Ability to manage high volumes of concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional development
• Experience in a creative, media, or agency environment
• Familiarity with multi-brand or group-level HR structures
• Experience with HR systems and payroll coordination
