Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals
- Support the performance management cycle and coach managers
- Act as a partner for employee relations, equity, and compliance
- Partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent and build internal pipelines
- Embed DEIB strategies into team culture
- Leverage people analytics to inform strategy and recommendations
- Shape and maintain equitable organizational policies
- Support compensation strategy and salary reviews
Requirements
- 5+ years of generalist HR experience
- 1+ year in a People Partner, HRBP, or strategic HR role
- Experience supporting dynamic or matrixed organizations
- Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices
- Data-savvy with ability to use metrics for decision making
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agencies or client services teams
- Master’s degree
- HR certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR
