People Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary HR partner for managers and employees, providing guidance on people-related topics
• Build strong relationships with managers, coaching them on performance, feedback, and development
• Manage employee relations cases of low to moderate complexity, including performance and policy interpretation
• Support investigations in partnership with senior HR and Legal
• Guide managers through performance improvement plans (PIPs) and corrective actions
• Support performance review cycles, talent discussions, and development planning
• Champion company culture and support employee engagement survey cycles
• Execute core HR processes such as promotions, transfers, and organizational changes

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or early HRBP role
• Hands-on experience in employee relations and performance management
• Experience in direct manager coaching and guidance
• Solid understanding of Irish and European employment law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of discretion and sound judgment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms
• Exposure to supporting multi-location or global teams
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• CIPD/HR qualification or working towards it
