About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary HR partner for managers and employees, providing guidance on people-related topics
- Build strong relationships with managers, coaching them on performance, feedback, and development
- Manage employee relations cases of low to moderate complexity, including performance and policy interpretation
- Support investigations in partnership with senior HR and Legal
- Guide managers through performance improvement plans (PIPs) and corrective actions
- Support performance review cycles, talent discussions, and development planning
- Champion company culture and support employee engagement survey cycles
- Execute core HR processes such as promotions, transfers, and organizational changes
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or early HRBP role
- Hands-on experience in employee relations and performance management
- Experience in direct manager coaching and guidance
- Solid understanding of Irish and European employment law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and sound judgment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms
- Exposure to supporting multi-location or global teams
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- CIPD/HR qualification or working towards it
