People Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact for all people-related topics for Australia and Singapore
• Support leaders and colleagues to ensure alignment with global People strategy
• Deliver core cyclical processes with support from Global Function People Leads
• Partner with local leadership on the annual people plan
• Support employee relations matters
• Oversee performance, engagement, pay review, and local compliance
• Manage local compliance including immigration and visa requirements
• Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture

Requirements

• Experience in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role
• Knowledge of Australian and Singaporean people/HR practices
• Ability to support regional leadership teams
• Experience managing employee relations and local compliance
