People Partner NAM

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary partner for BU leadership, translating divisional People priorities into BU-specific plans to enable growth and performance.
• Advise BU leadership on organizational topics including structure, roles, capabilities, leadership, and culture.
• Lead operational workforce and skills planning for the BU over a 12–24 month horizon.
• Orchestrate the end-to-end hiring process in coordination with People Services.
• Drive Talent and Performance Management cycles using global processes and tools.
• Support the design and implementation of BU-specific change and culture initiatives.
• Collaborate with Country/Location People Partners to ensure alignment with local labor laws and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressively responsible HR experience (performance, development, HR analytics, compensation, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience in change management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and demonstrate managerial courage.
