People Partner Lead

Responsibilities

• Execute core People processes at the plant level to ensure disciplined HR operations and policy application.
• Provide day-to-day people advisory support to line managers and translate operational needs into workforce solutions.
• Support talent management through workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management cycles.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives for both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
• Manage employee relations cases, including discipline, grievances, and investigations, in compliance with labor law.
• Oversee people operations including payroll inputs, HRIS updates, and personnel record maintenance.
• Adhere to and enforce all health and safety legislation and policies within the plant environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a multinational or industrial/manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and experience managing large blue-collar workforces.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle.
• Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and performance systems.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
