Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner and coach to senior leadership, including VP+ Manufacturing and Operations leaders
  • Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
  • Lead organizational transformations, including integrating new teams and optimizing reporting structures
  • Drive talent strategies such as performance management, career pathing, and succession planning
  • Act as a visible and trusted site HR leader for the West Virginia workforce
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations
  • Ensure compliance with federal, WV state, and local employment laws
  • Partner with EHS on safety culture and incident response
  • Use People data and analytics to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

  • 9+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 5+ years in an industrial, factory, or manufacturing environment
  • Experience building and scaling HR infrastructure
  • Proven track record leading organizational transformations and change initiatives
  • Deep experience working with hourly production workforces across multiple shifts
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, and compliance
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
