People Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic people partner for supporting functions and commercial departments to drive performance and organizational development.
• Provide high-quality HR advice to managers, taking shared responsibility for decision-making regarding people issues.
• Support business improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and people management.
• Coordinate with the Talent Management department to manage Individual Development Plans (IDPs), succession planning, and competency assessments.
• Coach and advise managers on implementing robust HR processes, including recruitment, promotions, and performance management systems.
• Manage workforce planning, department restructures, and the regular update of job profiles and organizational charts.
• Oversee performance appraisal analysis to link results to merit increases, bonuses, and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor legislation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related business discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience in various Human Resources functions.
• Solid experience in Labor Law and Employee Relations.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong report writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a result-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• HR Diploma or MBA.
