About the role
Responsibilities
- Coach managers and employees through performance challenges, conflict resolution, and career development
- Partner with technical leads to evaluate team health and optimize structures
- Lead workforce planning to anticipate talent gaps and succession needs
- Elevate the quality of feedback within the technical organization
- Design tailored talent solutions for software engineers, including mentorship and development models
- Partner with People Operations to execute initiatives and improve processes
- Coordinate offsites, leadership retreats, and team-building workshops
- Maintain organizational morale and address engagement trends
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience supporting engineering or highly technical teams
- Deep understanding of the software engineering lifecycle
- Proven ability to coach highly analytical leaders
- Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data for decision-making
- Foundational knowledge of Organizational Development
