About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary People Partner for the EMEA region, serving as the first point of contact for leaders across GTM functions and various markets.
  • Partner with functional People Partners to scale regional teams by evolving structures, roles, and operating models.
  • Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, and performance within high-growth, target-driven environments.
  • Identify and address organizational friction points by improving cross-functional alignment and operational clarity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Compensation, Recruiting, L&D, and People Relations, to deliver high-impact initiatives.
  • Leverage data and employee feedback to drive measurable improvements in team health and performance.
  • Support the development and execution of an EMEA people strategy aligned with regional GTM priorities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR or People experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a high-growth company.
  • Extensive multi-jurisdiction EMEA experience with practical knowledge of employment law and cultural norms across multiple countries.
  • Proven generalist capability spanning Employee Relations, Operations, and strategic business partnering.
  • Experience partnering with GTM or revenue organizations (Sales, Marketing, or Product Support) and understanding go-to-market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams and working effectively within a shared People Partner model.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in high-growth SaaS or product-led companies.
  • Fluency in additional languages, specifically French or German.
