People Partner - Europe

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership to support day-to-day HR operations across Europe
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and implement legally compliant HR policies
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
• Act as a liaison between Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal) and internal stakeholders
• Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs
• Maintain data integrity across HRIS systems and tools
• Support international mobility, relocation processes, and diversity and inclusion initiatives

Requirements

• 5-10 years of HR operations experience, with 3-5 years in an international environment
• Mandatory professional HR experience in France
• Proven knowledge of employment laws and regulations in multiple European countries
• Fluency in both English and French
• Experience working with comprehensive HRIS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree
• Specialized training in People Partnering, Labor Legislation, Compensation and Benefits, or Social Security
• Additional experience in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, or Finland
