People Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership in Product and Engineering to provide coaching on management, organizational design, and compensation strategies.
• Drive talent density by leading initiatives in performance management, mentoring, and career path development.
• Act as the primary People Experience voice for Tech teams during the design and implementation of global HR projects.
• Manage end-to-end people processes, including onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.
• Support employees with daily inquiries regarding learning, development, and career progression.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Human Resources processes such as hiring, training, and performance management.
• Proven expertise as an HRBP, including experience with Organizational Design, Change Management, and Talent Management.
• A data-oriented mindset with the ability to connect business goals to relevant metrics.
• Fluency in Polish and advanced proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience partnering specifically with Engineering or Tech teams.
• Knowledge of labor laws in Spain, Poland, Germany, or Italy.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
