About the Company
CoMind is developing non-invasive neuromonitoring technology to create a new era of clinical brain monitoring, helping to diagnose and treat brain disorders to improve patient lives worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Provide manager coaching and act as a thought partner for new leaders
- Design and deliver training programs for manager fundamentals and performance culture
- Manage full ER caseloads including sickness, performance, and grievances
- Own HRIS day-to-day operations, data integrity, and reporting
- Co-own monthly payroll cycles for UK and US teams
- Design and deliver consistent onboarding and offboarding experiences
- Manage the full contractor lifecycle and contract administration
- Maintain and update the company handbook and policies
- Drive wellbeing programs and mental health support initiatives across the UK and US
Requirements
- Proven People Partner experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
- Strong working knowledge of US employment legislation and UK employment law
- Ability to manage ER cases independently with sound judgment
- Experience running HRIS platforms like HiBob for surveys and reporting
- Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance workflow
- Experience designing and delivering training to mixed audiences
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and high pace
Preferred Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
