About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic thought partnership by building and implementing department-level talent strategy initiatives
- Navigate ambiguity to identify root issues and socialize change with senior stakeholders
- Lead change management by partnering with senior leaders to develop scalable strategies
- Consult and advise functional leads as a trusted advisor on complex people situations
- Leverage data literacy to interpret complex people data and identify trends
- Influence business headcount and strategic planning forums
Requirements
- 6-8 years of HR experience
- Proven track record as a strategic HR Business Partner or Organizational Consultant
- Experience navigating large-scale organizational change
- Ability to manage complex projects across functional and regional boundaries
- Strong analytical mindset and data literacy
- Proficiency in communicating with C-suite executives

- M&A experience
- Curiosity and familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies
