People Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary People Partner for the global Operations team, working closely with leadership to drive people and talent priorities.
• Coach managers on leadership development, workforce planning, performance management, and career development.
• Partner with managers to build high-performing teams by reviewing engagement data and implementing actionable improvement plans.
• Lead the execution of the annual people activity calendar and drive new initiatives to support a high-performance culture.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring they are investigated and resolved effectively.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and reduce risk by staying updated on regional employment laws and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with the global People Team to ensure alignment on company philosophy and programs.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of regional employment laws and best practices.
• Proven experience working in fast-growth or start-up environments.
• Proficiency with cloud technologies including Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, Lever, and BambooHR.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
