About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage and optimize compliance infrastructure to support company scaling
- Oversee benefits administration and employee relations
- Run and refine existing HRIS systems (Rippling) to build necessary layers of process and judgment
- Develop and implement people operations playbooks and policies from the ground up
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations
- Proven experience working in a startup environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance standards
- Hands-on experience managing HRIS platforms
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee matters with high discretion and integrity
