About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage and optimize compliance infrastructure to support company scaling
  • Oversee benefits administration and employee relations
  • Run and refine existing HRIS systems (Rippling) to build necessary layers of process and judgment
  • Develop and implement people operations playbooks and policies from the ground up

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations
  • Proven experience working in a startup environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance standards
  • Hands-on experience managing HRIS platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee matters with high discretion and integrity
