About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and all intermediate processes
- Manage payroll and HR operations for a global team using Gusto and Deel
- Set up and maintain recruiting operations, including ATS configuration and interview coordination
- Improve hiring workflows and tools to enhance signal quality, speed, and scalability
- Handle benefits administration, visa requests, and policy documentation
- Maintain accurate employee data across all internal systems
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in people ops, HR, or recruiting operations
- Proven experience working in fast-moving startup environments
- Experience with Gusto, Deel, or similar payroll and HR platforms
- Experience with ATS administration and recruiting operations support
- Ability to build systems from scratch and work independently in a 0-1 role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
