People Operations Trainee

Responsibilities

• Support HR administration and labor relations processes
• Collaborate on employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Assist in the preparation and filing of labor documentation, including contracts and certificates
• Support payroll incident management, flexible benefits, and coordination with labor agencies
• Maintain and update data within human resources information systems
• Assist with basic hardware/software incidents in coordination with the IT team
• Participate in internal Talent Acquisition and HR projects related to culture, DE&I, and wellbeing
• Maintain communication with employees and managers regarding administrative matters

Requirements

• Degree or Master's in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration (ADE), or a similar field
• Previous internship experience is highly valued
• Proficiency in English for an international working environment
• Strong organizational skills and proactive attitude
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a team
