People Operations Systems Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute HR lifecycle transactions in Workday, including new hire validation, transfers, and offboarding.
• Manage the Maverick AI knowledge base by authoring structured HR articles and process guides optimized for RAG retrieval.
• Monitor AI performance metrics and resolve complex escalations as a human-in-the-loop.
• Administer ServiceNow HRSD case queues, ensuring all tickets are triaged and routed within SLA.
• Oversee Greenhouse ATS administration, including requisition setup, pipeline hygiene, and data quality audits.
• Manage LMS and Workday Learning administration, including course catalog setup and compliance training tracking.
• Conduct weekly data quality audits and generate standard People reporting (headcount, attrition, etc.).
• Maintain the People Ops process documentation library and identify automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Workday HCM, Greenhouse ATS, or ServiceNow HRSD.
• An AI and automation mindset with experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Moveworks, or Glean) in professional workflows.
• Strong compliance awareness regarding I-9/E-Verify, EEO-1, and audit processes.
• Experience with LMS administration (e.g., Workday Learning, Absorb, or Cornerstone).
• High attention to detail and a focus on root cause analysis rather than just ticket resolution.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
