About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute HR lifecycle transactions in Workday, including new hire validation, transfers, and offboarding.
- Manage the Maverick AI knowledge base by authoring structured HR articles and process guides optimized for RAG retrieval.
- Monitor AI performance metrics and resolve complex escalations as a human-in-the-loop.
- Administer ServiceNow HRSD case queues, ensuring all tickets are triaged and routed within SLA.
- Oversee Greenhouse ATS administration, including requisition setup, pipeline hygiene, and data quality audits.
- Manage LMS and Workday Learning administration, including course catalog setup and compliance training tracking.
- Conduct weekly data quality audits and generate standard People reporting (headcount, attrition, etc.).
- Maintain the People Ops process documentation library and identify automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR systems administration.
- Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Workday HCM, Greenhouse ATS, or ServiceNow HRSD.
- An AI and automation mindset with experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Moveworks, or Glean) in professional workflows.
- Strong compliance awareness regarding I-9/E-Verify, EEO-1, and audit processes.
- Experience with LMS administration (e.g., Workday Learning, Absorb, or Cornerstone).
- High attention to detail and a focus on root cause analysis rather than just ticket resolution.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
