Responsibilities
- Manage pre-onboarding and entry logistics
- Oversee onboarding and integration experience
- Manage the full employee lifecycle
- Handle offboarding processes
- Generate reporting and KPIs through People Analytics
- Administer HR digital platforms including Workday, Enboarder, and Culture Amp
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or People Operations
- Experience with onboarding, performance, and vacation management platforms
- Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas)
- Knowledge of Mexico's Federal Labor Law and contract administration
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
