About the role
Responsibilities
- Own global onboarding and compliant offboarding processes
- Partner with regional leads on contracts, compliance, and local HR practices
- Act as HRIS superuser to maintain accurate employee data
- Build and document scalable HR workflows and documentation
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive HR processes
- Support performance review frameworks and talent development initiatives
- Manage benefits administration and London office needs
Requirements
- 2–4 years in HR, People Ops, or Talent Ops
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob, Rippling, Personio)
- Strong project management and execution skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in using AI tools for workflow automation
- Legal authorization to work in the UK
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-moving tech startup or AI company
- Exposure to multi-location teams (UK, Spain, or China)
- Familiarity with employment contracts and benefits administration
- Interest in computer vision or YOLO models
- Multilingual communication skills
