People Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient PX operational services for Italy across the full employee lifecycle
• Manage employee time and attendance (T&A) matters, including anomaly checking and shift maintenance
• Provide administrative support for starter and leaver processes, employee benefits, and HR queries
• Monitor and action workflows within the HR service delivery case management platform
• Manage employee data in local and global systems while ensuring data quality through monthly audits
• Prepare and update essential HR documentation, such as work contracts and amendments
• Ensure full compliance with Italian laws, regulations, and taxation rules

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in qualified HR work
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law, work environment regulations, and taxation rules
• Fluency in both Italian and English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages and HCM systems
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and a strong sense of structure
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
