About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer global onboarding and offboarding activities, including employment documentation and system updates.
- Maintain data integrity across HRIS platforms and provide first-line support for employee platform access or benefits issues.
- Manage high-volume scheduling and coordination for internal training, compliance, and professional development programs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, team events, and company-wide internal communications.
- Assist with HR projects, audits, policy updates, and the maintenance of employee handbooks.
- Produce and maintain People Operations reports, trackers, and documentation to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Administration, People Operations, or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing high-volume scheduling and coordination activities.
- Hands-on experience working with HRIS platforms and people systems.
- Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours (night shift) on a permanent basis.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a global, remote-first, or distributed workforce across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proficiency with Paylocity, Greenhouse, Monday.com, or similar HR and project management tools.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, technology, or professional services.
- MacOS proficiency.
