People Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume operational tasks in Workday, including job requisitions, compensation changes, and personal data updates
• Perform weekly audits of new hire and termination data to ensure 100% accuracy in Workday
• Generate raw data reports for the Leadership Team regarding business metrics and InfoSec audit requirements
• Manage payroll data logs for US, EMEA, and India regions to ensure error-free inputs
• Administer benefits enrollment and termination processes and maintain digital audit trails for finance
• Orchestrate onboarding and offboarding workflows, including I-9s, ID checks, and separation documentation
• Manage the administrative lifecycle of contractors via Deel
• Draft and issue standard legal documentation and maintain technical process documentation in the HR Hub

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HRIS, or related roles
• Hands-on experience executing business processes (hire, change job, terminate) within Workday
• Background in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Payroll coordination
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, for data reconciliation and auditing
• Experience managing high-volume requests via ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk
• Proven ability to create and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with global platforms like Deel (Contractors) or Checkr (Background Checks)
• Experience maintaining internal knowledge bases or wikis (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence)
• Experience assisting with the backend execution of annual compensation cycles
• Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment
