People Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and manage complex scheduling logistics for candidates and hiring teams
• Serve as a key point of contact for candidates to ensure a professional experience
• Manage recruiting operations including ATS hygiene, offer logistics, and feedback collection
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and new hire experiences
• Maintain People records and operational documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
• Serve as a primary onsite point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors
• Coordinate workplace logistics, conference rooms, and office organization
• Support internship and early career program coordination and engagement
• Support onsite employee experience initiatives and company gatherings

Requirements

• 3+ years of People Operations, Recruiting Operations, or related experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and operational rigor
• Experience with ATS platforms, HRIS systems, or recruiting tools preferred
• Ability to operate proactively in ambiguous environments
• Must meet U.S. export control requirements (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual)
