Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage HR documentation including employment letters, confirmations, extensions, and transfers
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS and internal tracking systems
  • Support onboarding execution by preparing documentation and coordinating system access
  • Track attendance, leave, and timesheet records to support payroll reporting
  • Support benefits administration including insurance enrolment and claims coordination
  • Assist with offboarding execution, including clearance processes and asset return tracking
  • Support HR data audits and compliance checks

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration
  • Strong attention to detail and data discipline
  • Good organisational skills and multitasking ability
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and spreadsheets
  • Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and discretion
