People Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and process coordination
• Collaborate with hiring managers to track pipeline progress and maintain hiring momentum
• Assist with day-to-day HR tasks such as payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management
• Clarify HR policies and respond to employee inquiries with empathy and accuracy
• Coordinate onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth integration for new hires
• Create and update internal HR processes, SOPs, and templates to maintain a compliant environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Ashby
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent engagement strategies
• Experience supporting HR operations such as payroll, benefits, and employee services
• Familiarity with the US labor law framework
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a consultancy or a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Portuguese
