People Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling
• Collaborate with hiring managers to track pipeline progress and maintain hiring momentum
• Assist with day-to-day HR tasks such as payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management
• Support internal HR initiatives and company-sponsored people programs
• Create and update internal HR processes, SOPs, and templates to ensure compliance
• Coordinate onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth integration for new hires

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers)
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Ashby
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent engagement strategies
• Experience supporting HR operations including payroll and benefits
• Familiarity with the Portuguese labor law framework
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
