Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
• Define and refine People processes and build the company People playbook
• Create and operationalize performance review processes and talent growth frameworks
• Lead employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, learning & development, and knowledge wikis
• Manage HR systems and build operational dashboards to track key People metrics
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or related operational roles
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong project management and systems thinking skills
• Experience scaling a startup and implementing processes for rapid growth
• Highly collaborative and self-driven operator

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with People Analytics and creating dashboards (e.g., Tableau)
• Experience building databases and improving HR operational systems
• Familiarity with emerging AI tools
• Experience with HRIS
