About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the Brazil region and support expansion into new LatAm markets like Mexico and Chile.
  • Act as an HR Generalist to ensure a seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Monitor ticketing traffic and SLAs, acting as an escalation point for complex People Operations queries.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and dashboards to identify trends and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure operational compliance by maintaining a deep understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Brazil and LatAm.
  • Serve as a Workday champion to ensure data accuracy and optimal working practices.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration in partnership with internal teams and third-party providers.
  • Lead local projects focused on automation, process evolution, and shared services development.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within a shared services environment or a fast-paced tech company.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazil and LatAm labor laws and regulations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve people processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and thrive in a hyper-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in Fintech or high-growth technology companies.
