About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation, deployment, and continuous optimization of a new HRIS across multiple regions
  • Define and lead the HR operations roadmap, focusing on automation and scalability
  • Supervise all HR administrative processes including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Act as the key reference for HR systems, data architecture, and workflows
  • Ensure accurate and compliant payroll for approximately 150 employees across France, USA, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea
  • Monitor key HR and compensation indicators and produce dashboards for decision-making
  • Participate in headcount and payroll budget planning in partnership with Finance
  • Manage and develop a team of two HR Officers through coaching and professional support

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, and payroll in an international environment
  • Proven experience leading or significantly contributing to HRIS implementation projects
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and social regulations (France and/or multi-country experience preferred)
  • Operational mastery of HRIS, payroll systems, and HR data analysis
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and rigorous mindset with a focus on process optimization
