About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation, deployment, and continuous optimization of a new HRIS across multiple regions
- Define and lead the HR operations roadmap, focusing on automation and scalability
- Supervise all HR administrative processes including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding
- Act as the key reference for HR systems, data architecture, and workflows
- Ensure accurate and compliant payroll for approximately 150 employees across France, USA, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea
- Monitor key HR and compensation indicators and produce dashboards for decision-making
- Participate in headcount and payroll budget planning in partnership with Finance
- Manage and develop a team of two HR Officers through coaching and professional support
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, and payroll in an international environment
- Proven experience leading or significantly contributing to HRIS implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and social regulations (France and/or multi-country experience preferred)
- Operational mastery of HRIS, payroll systems, and HR data analysis
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and rigorous mindset with a focus on process optimization
