People Operations Partner

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, fact-finding, and documentation reviews
• Review policies, procedures, corrective actions, and workforce communications
• Assist with compliance reviews, audits, and organizational initiatives
• Identify potential employee relations, hiring, compliance, and operational risks
• Partner with recruiting teams on workforce planning and hiring initiatives
• Participate in project launches and workforce readiness planning
• Provide recommendations and workforce-related insights to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR, People Operations, or Employee Relations experience
• Strong experience managing employee relations and workplace concerns
• Proven experience supporting leadership and executive stakeholders
• Strong business writing and communication skills
• Experience assessing workplace, compliance, or operational risks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multinational workforces
• Experience supporting project launches and organizational change initiatives
• Experience working within high-growth organizations
