People Operations Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational HR lead for assigned country populations
• Manage complex employee lifecycle activity including contractual changes, leave management, and transfers
• Support employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, and performance concerns
• Provide guidance on local employment legislation, policies, and operational risk
• Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Finance to support compliant local delivery
• Support operational delivery of organizational changes, restructures, and workforce actions
• Identify operational risks, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in country-specific HR operational roles
• Strong HR generalist experience with operational HR ownership
• Experience supporting employee relations within a multinational environment
• Strong understanding of local employment legislation and HR operational practices
• Experience working with HR systems and operational workflows
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional HR qualification such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI
