About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the operational HR lead for assigned country populations
- Manage complex employee lifecycle activity including contractual changes, leave management, and transfers
- Support employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, and performance concerns
- Provide guidance on local employment legislation, policies, and operational risk
- Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Finance to support compliant local delivery
- Support operational delivery of organizational changes, restructures, and workforce actions
- Identify operational risks, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in country-specific HR operational roles
- Strong HR generalist experience with operational HR ownership
- Experience supporting employee relations within a multinational environment
- Strong understanding of local employment legislation and HR operational practices
- Experience working with HR systems and operational workflows
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional HR qualification such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI
