People Operations Partner

Responsibilities

• Own the compliant employee lifecycle from offer to exit following German and US regulations
• Support employees and managers with people processes, feedback, and development initiatives
• Identify and automate inefficiencies in HR workflows and documentation
• Oversee office operations, workplace experience, and organize company off-sites and celebrations

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles
• Experience in B2B SaaS startups or fast-growing tech companies
• Fluency in both German and English
• Familiarity with German employment law and HR operations
• Strong organizational skills and a builder mindset
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive topics with maturity
• Comfort using AI and automation to improve work quality and speed

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of US employment practices
