People Operations Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead People Operations transformation priorities across ANZ, including regional OKRs and operating model changes
• Build and embed People and Workforce Insights capabilities to provide actionable data to leaders
• Identify and deliver AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Strengthen governance, controls, and data integrity to ensure processes are accurate and auditable
• Support complex regional initiatives such as new market setups, payroll transitions, and mobility process design
• Create scalable SOPs, control points, and playbooks to improve regional consistency

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in People Analytics, People Operations, Workforce Insights, or related transformation roles
• Proven experience building dashboards, reporting rhythms, and analytics capabilities for leadership decision-making
• Experience leading process redesign, operating model improvements, or cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of governance, controls, and data integrity within a regulated environment
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into practical insights and measurable operational change
• Strong stakeholder management skills across various functional teams including Payroll, TA, and Rewards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI, automation, or workflow tooling to improve People processes at scale
• Experience supporting market setup, payroll transitions, or other multi-stakeholder operational changes
• Experience working directly with senior leaders on strategic workforce planning or business planning
• Broad experience across multiple People domains such as performance, rewards, and talent acquisition
